Access on the App to book Zoom support appointments for up to a year after purchase
Your App code will be written on the side of your Oralift kit when you receive it. You need a smartphone to start your Oralift journey ( onboarding) on the App. You can not use a tablet or desktop for this but you can if you wish choose to continue recording and monitoring your progress by logging in to the Oralift online web portal after onboarding.
The App has been designed to take you through your Oralift treatment step by step, accompanied by a series of videos.
Wherever you are in the world, you can meet the Oralift team for support. Initially, we have one appointment on Mondays at 17.00 BST. From 25th of January 2023 the appointment will be on a Wednesday at the same time. As demand increases, we will increase appointment times. Our Zoom support appointments are for a maximum of 5 people.
As well as our Zoom support appointments, there is the option to book 1-2-1 onboarding and review appointments. You can also join the Oralift Community Facebook group to share experiences with other users and you can always email us on [email protected] where we aim to respond within 48 hours Monday-Friday.

To our EU Customers: Brexit Changes
Due to recent changes in the UK & EU's trade agreements, customers in the EU will be required to pay taxes (VAT) on
their purchase when it arrives in the destination country.
Please check in your country which charges you would be liable for before you order.
The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.
Please note - we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as a gift.
